Sell each site you’ve created to one owner only – not multiple sales.
Sell sites that you have created with the Worpdress Review Theme at any time.
Just note that site buyers must purchase the theme when they purchase the blog from you in order to access any updates, tutorials, the members area, etc.
Here’s what you CANNOT do with this Site Flipping License.
You cannot offer the theme as part of an advertised package or a special offer (Example: Warrior Forum WSO’s advertising the theme as part of your offer).
You cannot give away the theme for free.
You cannot add the theme to membership sites
You cannot give away or sell the theme as a bonus
You cannot sell it on ebay or auction sites
You cannot sell the theme and blog that you’ve created in bulk on any site including the Warrior Forum.
You cannot resell the theme anywhere for any price.
You cannot sell sites using the theme for less than the cost of a multiple domain license which is $39.95
You cannot use the theme on multi-user WordPress installations or any other configuration where multiple end users can access the theme simultaneously
The developer license is intended to give theme users the ability to make money building sites for flipping on sites like flippa.com, not as a way to enable third parties to avoid paying for the theme.
If you want to make money selling the theme to others, sign up for the affiliate program and promote it.
Some other themes charge once for the developer’s license and require you to pay an additional fee for every site you license. The WordPress Review Theme flipping license costs more upfront but you don’t have any recurring per site licensing fees.
